1、代谢酶与肝癌进展的相关临床与机理研究:我们研究发现肝癌癌变过程中,谷氨酰胺酶有GLS2转化为GLS1,且GLS1与肝癌转移、预后密切相关(Oncotarget, 2015);当前我们正在进行多中心临床,同时申请了国家专利诊断试剂盒,并成功构建表达GLS1和2的载体。另外,我们针对靶向抑制PDK的DCA,深入研究DPDA诱导肿瘤自噬,协同化疗、放疗等治疗肿瘤,我们旨在进一步研究肿瘤代谢与转移、肝癌代谢相关独特性、验证代谢相关诊断标记物、研发针对代谢的药物,并临床转化。

2、血管新生与肝脏肿瘤:内皮祖细胞(EPCs)归巢肝癌组织和癌旁组织,参与肝癌血管新生,与肝癌早期复发成显著正相关;EPCs调控肿瘤生物学行为,促进肿瘤转移;肝癌癌旁独特的血管新生为肝癌肝内转移提供独特的微环境。研究结果发表于Clinical Cancer Research、BMC Cancer和Endothelium等。血管新生的后续研究成功申请了多项自然基金。在肿瘤靶向治疗方面,与南京航空航天大学陈达院士课题组合作,研究纳米碳管靶向治疗肝癌,研究结果先后发表于纳米相关的权威杂志Small, Carbon和Nanotechnology。2015年,课题“肝细胞癌血管新生微环境和靶向治疗研究”获江苏省医学奖二等和中华医学奖三等奖。

3、肝癌生物治疗:搭建抗肿瘤代谢、诱导肿瘤免疫相关的溶瘤病毒,联合其他肿瘤治疗手段,改善预后。

4、腔镜肝切除技术与临床应用研究:在肝脏外科技术研究方面,临床主要围绕肝癌开展以手术为主的综合治疗,包括腹腔镜肝切除、肝移植、射频及药物等;前期自行研发肝脏直线切割器和肝门阻断带,并将进一步市场转化。逐步建立肝癌组织库,为肝癌生物标志物的筛选及治疗等方面的奠定基础。
